One night’s deposit is required at booking. Maya Tulum accepts Visa or MasterCard ONLY. We require a two nights deposit for Holiday Season. All deposits during our Holiday Season are non-refundable.

If you are within the 14 day cancellation period, your deposit will be placed on hold and may be used within one year and used toward a vacation to any of our resorts.
